Silicone-based products such as sheets and gels are recommended as the gold standard, first-line, non-invasive option for both the prevention and treatment of scars.
 
CICA-CARE Silicone Gel can help prevent, reduce or soften scars such as keloid and hypertrophic scars as well as scars from scalds, burns, plastic surgery and breast surgery1-3. It can be used for the management of new and existing scars.
 
In fact, when CICA-CARE Silicone Gel are used correctly, best results may be seen after 2-4 months treatment time
How to use 
1. Clean and thoroughly dry the application area.
2. Unscrew cap and dispense an appropriate amount of gel to ensure adequate coverage of treatment area.
3. Gently massage a thin layer of CICA-CARE Gel into the treatment area. When dry, an invisible film is created.
4. If the gel has not dried within 4 – 5 minutes, remove the excess.
5. After the gel has dried, cosmetics may be applied over the film.
6. Use the gel at least twice daily.

Free from Life Pharmacy St Lukes in Westfield St Lukes. Choose Pick up at checkout. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we will let you know when yours is ready to collect.

TIMEFRAME

For most areas orders are shipped overnight on business days, but may take up to 3 business days from the day they were fulfilled. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 7 business days.

We aim to fulfil the order as soon as we receive it, on the same business day during opening hours. Once the order is fulfilled in store you will receive a notification by email if you used an email at checkout.

We want to make sure your product gets to you safe and sound, so by default we require a signature on all deliveries. If you would prefer not to, please add any other instructions in the cart notes during checkout.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns of unused, unopened and undamaged items in original condition, and the product is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Some items may not be eligible for a return, please contact us if unsure.
