  1. Create a voucher code

    From 150 points

    Generated in the Rewards panel of your account, then applied at checkout. One promotional code per order.

  2. Move them to your in-store card

    1 point = 1 in-store point

    Request the transfer in your account Rewards panel. Allow up to five business days.

  3. Redeem against products

    Selected products

    Sign in and open the Rewards panel to see which products you can put points towards.

Rewards questions

Will I earn points when I shop online?

Yes. When you buy eligible products at lifepharmacystlukes.co.nz you earn Rewards points. Every New Zealand dollar spent earns one point, unless stated otherwise.

How do I check my points balance?

Sign in to your account. Your balance is shown in the Rewards panel.

How do I redeem a Rewards voucher?

Sign in and open the Get Rewards tab in the Rewards panel. Redeeming generates a promotional code you apply to your order at checkout. Only one promotional code can be used per order.

Is this linked to my in-store rewards card?

No. Points earned here are separate from your in-store rewards card, but they can be transferred to it on request, which lets you use them in the shop.

Submit the transfer in the Get Rewards tab within the Rewards panel of your account. Allow up to five business days before it appears in your in-store balance.

How do I use my in-store rewards card here?

In-store card points cannot be spent on this site. Points earned here can be moved onto your card on request, through the Get Rewards tab in your account Rewards panel.

Can I use my in-store vouchers on an online order?

Not at the moment. Those vouchers can only be redeemed in store.

Do my points expire?

Yes, points expire twelve months after they are earned.

When do vouchers expire?

Reward vouchers expire three months from the date they are issued.
