How quickly will you reply?
We answer messages during shop hours and aim to come back to you the same or next business day.
Where do I ask about a prescription?
Call the shop on (09) 846 3213 or email the dispensary at dispensary.stlukes@lifepharmacy.co.nz. Please do not send prescription or health details through the message form above.
Where is my order?
Orders are usually fulfilled within two business days and you will get an email once yours is on its way. See delivery and returns for timeframes, or send us a message with your order number.
Can you order something in for me?
Often, yes. Tell us what you are after through product procurement or in a message here, and we will let you know if we can get it.
