Frequently Asked Questions Online Orders Do I need to register for an account to shop online? No you do not need to register – you are able to check out as a guest.We recommend registering for Life Pharmacy St Lukes online if you wish to view your transaction history, save your delivery and payment information for future orders and gain access to special online only offers. When will I receive my order? We endeavour to pack and dispatch your order the same day it was ordered during our store opening hours. Orders placed before 4pm will most likely be delivered on the next day. Our target delivery time frame from the time that your order is dispatched is 1-3 working days to most of New Zealand. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 5 business days. Please note that this time frame is a guideline only and we cannot guarantee delivery time frame due to unforeseen circumstances.Orders placed on weekends will be delivered the next working day. Working days means business days during the week, not including weekend days and public holidays. For more information on delivery and returns, click here. Do you ship internationally? Please forward your inquiry to admin@lifepharmacystlukes.co.nz to check if this is available. How do I know if my order has been sent? You will receive an email once your order has been fulfilled and this should be reflected in your order status in your account page. Once the order has been picked up from the courier you will be able to track your order via a track link provided. Do you offer click and collect? Yes - to do this you simply need to search the item "Click & Collect" and add it into cart. This will waive all shipping fees and the order will not be delivered. Once you receive fulfillment notification from us then you may collect the order at the back prescription counter. I used the wrong payment method on my order. How do I change it? We accept the most common credit and debit cards (VISA and Mastercard) as well as Paypal. Can I get my prescription filled online? No, we do not currently offer an online prescriptions service. However to save time you can email your prescription to us, request your repeat or register for our prescription reminder service online. For more information on these services please visit our prescriptions area here. Can I get different products within my order sent to different addresses? Unfortunately we do not offer a separate delivery address option at this time. Can I pay by gift card? No, unfortunately at this time Life Pharmacy and Unichem gift cards cannot be used to pay for online purchases, they can only be used in-store. Brands & Stock The item I want is out of stock. What now? Sometimes a brand may be temporarily out of stock and sometimes products are sold through and are not restocked, particularly if they are seasonal products. Contact our Customer Services at support@lifepharmacystlukes.co.nz and we will be able to advise. Do you place items on back order? Each product indicates how long it should take to be shipped to you. If we are expecting the delivery time to be longer than this, we will contact you to ask you if you are happy to wait. If not we will cancel your order. When can I expect new products to be listed on your website? New products are continuously being added to our site - we recommend checking our website regularly - as you also earn Reward points for visiting our website! Why are your same products with different colours or swatches not combined? Due to technical issues with combining our in-store data with our online store we currently have all products as separate products even if they are the same product with different sizes and/or colours. We apologised for any inconvenience caused. Pricing Are your prices in New Zealand dollars? Yes. Prices across the site are listed default in New Zealand dollars. Are prices the same online as they are in store? Yes, unless otherwise stated. Prices may differ from time to time. Can I make duty free purchases online? Unfortunately we do not offer Duty Free purchases or Overseas Travel Discount online.
