Avene Thermal Spring Water

The foundation of all Avène products, the unique properties in the Avène Thermal Spring Water assist in its ability to cleanse, soothe, and calm mild to highly sensitive skin.

Niacinamide 6%

Niacinamide is a form of Vitamin B3 and is known for its soothing and oil-controlling properties. It can aid with fading discolouration, reducing the appearance of pores and evening out the appearance of skin tone and texture.

Hyaluronic Acid

This super hydrator is a type of humectant that can hold 1000 times its weight in water, both nourishing the skin and maintaining hydration to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and reducing the recurrence of dry skin.
Apply in the morning alone or after your serum, to the face, neck and décolleté.

Delivery and returns

DELIVERY FEES FOR NZ

FREE for orders $100 and over. Orders under the value of $100 (including any promotional code used) incur a shipping fee of $6 nationwide.

TIMEFRAME

For most areas orders are shipped overnight on business days, but may take up to 3 business days from the day they were fulfilled. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 7 business days.

We aim to fulfil the order as soon as we receive it, on the same business day during opening hours. Once the order is fulfilled in store you will receive a notification by email if you used an email at checkout.

We want to make sure your product gets to you safe and sound, so by default we require a signature on all deliveries. If you would prefer not to, please add any other instructions in the cart notes during checkout.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns of unused, unopened and undamaged items in original condition, and the product is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Some items may not be eligible for a return, please contact us if unsure.
