HOW TO USE

TURNING ON YOUR TRIMMER :
Use the ON/OFF switch to turn your trimmer on and off.

CHANGING THE ATTACHMENT HEADS:
• Ensure that trimmer is off.
• Detach cutting head by pressing the release button ABOVE the ON/OFF switch & gently pull the attachment head off.
• Once the previous head is removed, attach the other head by placing it on top of the unit and gently push down until it locks in.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE:
1. It is important to clean away any loose hairs that have collected in the trimmer after use. Regular cleaning will help provide a longer cutting life performance.
2. Ensure that the trimmer is always switched off before cleaning.
3. Thoroughly brush or gently blow away any hair and debris that has built up on the cutters.
4. Your trimmer unit can be rinsed with water. Just hold the unit head under to faucet. Do not use hot water.
5. After cleaning your unit, you may like to apply a drop or two of baby oil or mineral oil to the cutting teeth to prevent rusting. Do not apply too much.

FREE for orders $100 and over. Orders under the value of $100 (including any promotional code used) incur a shipping fee of $6 nationwide.

TIMEFRAME

For most areas orders are shipped overnight on business days, but may take up to 3 business days from the day they were fulfilled. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 7 business days.

We aim to fulfil the order as soon as we receive it, on the same business day during opening hours. Once the order is fulfilled in store you will receive a notification by email if you used an email at checkout.

We want to make sure your product gets to you safe and sound, so by default we require a signature on all deliveries. If you would prefer not to, please add any other instructions in the cart notes during checkout.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns of unused, unopened and undamaged items in original condition, and the product is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Some items may not be eligible for a return, please contact us if unsure.
