Directions:
As a dietary supplement for adults, one (1) to two (2) tablets daily. Take preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
Warning: Selenium - This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

TIMEFRAME
