Directions
Blend: Mix 30g (2 ½ Tbsp) into your go-to smoothie or coffee.
Bake: Whip up protein-packed cookies, bliss balls, or even pancakes for a nutritious twist on your favourite baked treats.
Shake: Add 30g (2 ½ Tbsp) into your shaker with water and/or your milk of choice. Shake well. Shake again for good luck.

For most areas orders are shipped overnight on business days, but may take up to 3 business days from the day it was fulfilled. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 7 business days.
