Microdacyn Wound Care is part of the MicroHeal range of products and is uniquely formulated to quickly heal ulcers, burns, cuts and abrasions. Microdacyn is used to irrigate, clean and debride the wound to improve Healing as follows:
  • Creates moist wound healing environment
  • Removal and Physical kill of bacteria (including drug resistant bacteria ('super bugs'), viruses, fungi and spores
  • Reduces time to Wound Healing, including Burns
  • Reduces inflammation
  • Improves TcP02 (oxygen supply) of chronic wounds
While the pH neutral, non-cytotoxic solution leaves human cells completely unharmed.
Microdacyn is TGA approved and Medsafe WAND registered. Microdacyn is available without a prescription.

 

    Microdacyn is a unique formulation containing a very low concentration of several super-oxidised components.
    Application:

    Use Microdacyn at each dressing change, Microdacyn can be use up to 3 times daily. Saturating the old dressing with Microdacyn will assist with its removal.

    Hold the spray bottle close to the skin damage, apply until the wound is free from visible debris. Do not rinse Microdacyn off the wound.

    If required, Microdacyn can be used to soak the wound, including placing a soaked gauze on the wound for up to 15 minutes. Cover with any secondary dressing as required.

    Microdacyn Hydrogel can be applied as required to provide further moisture and create an optimal healing environment.

    Safe for use on even the most sensitive of areas including the face, mouth and nose.

    Microdacyn is ready for use with no mixing or dilution.

    Warnings:
    • Do not use if hypersensitive to sodium hypochlorite or hypochlorous acid. For external use only not for injection or consumption.
    • Seek medical attention in the case of serious wounds, deep wounds, signs of infection or if the wound does not show signs of healing.

    DELIVERY FEES FOR NZ

    FREE for orders $100 and over. Orders under the value of $100 (including any promotional code used) incur a shipping fee of $6 nationwide.

    TIMEFRAME

    For most areas orders are shipped overnight on business days, but may take up to 3 business days from the day they were fulfilled. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 7 business days.

    We aim to fulfil the order as soon as we receive it, on the same business day during opening hours. Once the order is fulfilled in store you will receive a notification by email if you used an email at checkout.

    We want to make sure your product gets to you safe and sound, so by default we require a signature on all deliveries. If you would prefer not to, please add any other instructions in the cart notes during checkout.

    RETURNS POLICY

    We accept returns of unused, unopened and undamaged items in original condition, and the product is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Some items may not be eligible for a return, please contact us if unsure.
