    Adults-
    Start up (first week) - 2-4 tablet daily,
    Sustained energy and nutrition - 6 tablets daily,
    Optimum nutrition/special uses - 18 tablets daily.
    Pregnancy - use your iron requirements during pregnancy as a guide to usage, optimum dose may be required. Discuss with your qualified health professional.
    Children 6-12 years - Half the adult dose.
    Children 3-6 years - One third the adult dose. Lifestream bioactive spirulina powder is more suitable.
    Children under 3 years - Lifestream bioactive spirulina powder can be used to supplement the diet - stir into food after cooking or make drinks with diluted fruit juice.

        DELIVERY FEES FOR NZ

        FREE for orders $100 and over. Orders under the value of $100 (including any promotional code used) incur a shipping fee of $6 nationwide.

        TIMEFRAME

        For most areas orders are shipped overnight on business days, but may take up to 3 business days from the day they were fulfilled. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 7 business days.

        We aim to fulfil the order as soon as we receive it, on the same business day during opening hours. Once the order is fulfilled in store you will receive a notification by email if you used an email at checkout.

        We want to make sure your product gets to you safe and sound, so by default we require a signature on all deliveries. If you would prefer not to, please add any other instructions in the cart notes during checkout.

        RETURNS POLICY

        We accept returns of unused, unopened and undamaged items in original condition, and the product is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Some items may not be eligible for a return, please contact us if unsure.
