Good Health Magnesium Easy To Swallow is a product that contains a naturally sourced marine magnesium, called Aquamin Mg. This makes it easier to digest, as it is naturally sourced and it is in a whole multi-mineral complex form, containing 35% absorbable elemental magnesium. Because of this, it is less likely to disturb the bowel, as it is more complex and superior to magnesium oxide and has an increased solubility, to ensure its easy absorption into the bloodstream.
This type of magnesium, is derived naturally, from the sea water that contains red algae seaweed, harvested under an exclusive license in the cool, clean and pristine waters, off the coast of Ireland.
    Each capsule contains:
    Marine Magnesium
    Equiv Magnesium 150mg
    Excipients: Encapsulating aids
    Adults: Take 1-2 capsules daily or as professionally prescribed. Best taken in the evening but can be taken at any time of day.

    Precautions

    • May have a slight laxative effect in sensitive individuals, due to the fact that it does have an oxygen component to it, but it is in a gentle complex dose and is less likely.
    • Take 2 hours away from antibiotics and other medications.
    • Safe to take during the third trimester of pregnancy.

      FREE for orders $100 and over. Orders under the value of $100 (including any promotional code used) incur a shipping fee of $6 nationwide.

      TIMEFRAME

      For most areas orders are shipped overnight on business days, but may take up to 3 business days from the day they were fulfilled. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 7 business days.

      We aim to fulfil the order as soon as we receive it, on the same business day during opening hours. Once the order is fulfilled in store you will receive a notification by email if you used an email at checkout.

      We want to make sure your product gets to you safe and sound, so by default we require a signature on all deliveries. If you would prefer not to, please add any other instructions in the cart notes during checkout.

      RETURNS POLICY

      We accept returns of unused, unopened and undamaged items in original condition, and the product is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Some items may not be eligible for a return, please contact us if unsure.
