Each ½ metric teaspoon (1.9 g) contains: Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 605 mg
Equiv. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 500 mg
Zinc amino acid chelate
(Meta Zn® - Zinc diglycinate) 100 mg
Equiv. elemental Zinc 20 mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 5 mg
Betacarotene 2 mg
No added artificial flavouring, colouring or preservatives.
Free from gluten, wheat, dairy, lactose, eggs, nuts and yeast.

For adults & teenagers over 14 years: Take ½ metric teaspoon (1.9 g) in 200 ml of water once daily with food.
Children 4-13 years: Take ¼ metric teaspoon (0.95 g) in 100 ml of water once daily with food.
Or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Not suitable for children under 2 years of age.
Precautions
- Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
- Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

DELIVERY FEES FOR NZ
FREE for orders $100 and over. Orders under the value of $100 (including any promotional code used) incur a shipping fee of $6 nationwide.
TIMEFRAME
For most areas orders are shipped overnight on business days, but may take up to 3 business days from the day they were fulfilled. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 7 business days.
We aim to fulfil the order as soon as we receive it, on the same business day during opening hours. Once the order is fulfilled in store you will receive a notification by email if you used an email at checkout.
We want to make sure your product gets to you safe and sound, so by default we require a signature on all deliveries. If you would prefer not to, please add any other instructions in the cart notes during checkout.
RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns of unused, unopened and undamaged items in original condition, and the product is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Some items may not be eligible for a return, please contact us if unsure.
