How to use:
Fine Hair: leave on for 3-5 mins.
Coarse hair: leave on for 7 mins.

1. Prep skin: wash gently with soap and cool water, then dry completely.
2. Squeeze equal amounts of cream from each tube into the mixing dish and replace corresponding tube caps.
3. Using the spatula, quickly and thoroughly mix the two creams.
4. Use the spatula again to evenly and completely cover hair with mixture. Don’t rub it in.
5. Wait 7-10 minutes (actual lightening time depends your unique hair).

To check the result, wash off a small test area with cool water.

Want it lighter? Apply extra mixture to the test area. Wait another 5-15 minutes (but no longer than 25 minutes total).

6. Remove cream with spatula. Tissue off any excess mixture, wash skin with cool water, and pat dry.

TIMEFRAME

For most areas orders are shipped overnight on business days, but may take up to 3 business days from the day they were fulfilled. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 7 business days.

We aim to fulfil the order as soon as we receive it, on the same business day during opening hours. Once the order is fulfilled in store you will receive a notification by email if you used an email at checkout.

We want to make sure your product gets to you safe and sound, so by default we require a signature on all deliveries. If you would prefer not to, please add any other instructions in the cart notes during checkout.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns of unused, unopened and undamaged items in original condition, and the product is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Some items may not be eligible for a return, please contact us if unsure.
