The formula of XeraCalm A.D. Lipid-Replenishing Cream was created using a minimum of ingredients:
- I-Modulia complex: result of 12 years of scientific development, reduces itching sensations caused by skin dryness and soothes redness and irritation caused by the skin's hyper-reactivity.
- Cer-Omega: lipids which resemble those found in the skin, helps to repair, nourish and strengthen the protective film, giving the skin better resistance against external aggressions.
- Avène Thermal Spring Water, with soothing and anti-irritating properties, reduces sensations of discomfort and softens the skin. This formula benefits from the unique ‘Sterile Cosmetics’ process that eliminates the need for preservatives (including hidden preservatives like alcohol). 0% Paraben, 0% Preservative, 0% Fragrance. The formula is protected against bacterial contamination thanks to the patented D.E.F.I packaging.The skin is therefore soothed, comforted and softened with a high level of safety.

FREE for orders $100 and over. Orders under the value of $100 (including any promotional code used) incur a shipping fee of $6 nationwide.

TIMEFRAME

For most areas orders are shipped overnight on business days, but may take up to 3 business days from the day they were fulfilled. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 7 business days.

We aim to fulfil the order as soon as we receive it, on the same business day during opening hours. Once the order is fulfilled in store you will receive a notification by email if you used an email at checkout.

We want to make sure your product gets to you safe and sound, so by default we require a signature on all deliveries. If you would prefer not to, please add any other instructions in the cart notes during checkout.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns of unused, unopened and undamaged items in original condition, and the product is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Some items may not be eligible for a return, please contact us if unsure.
