How do I earn points?

Every New Zealand dollar you spend on products at lifepharmacystlukes.co.nz earns one point, worked out on your order total after discounts. Delivery doesn't earn points. Points arrive in your account within about 15 minutes of your order.

How do I check my points?

Sign in to your account. Your balance, what it's worth and your points history are in the Rewards panel. Your cart shows your points too.

How do I use my points?

Sign in, then switch on "Use my points" in your cart. Every 150 points takes $10 off, and we use as many $10 steps as your points and your order allow. Switch it off and your points go straight back.

You can also use 75 points for free shipping on orders under $100 (switch it on in your cart), or 25 points for a free MEO X 7 face mask (add it from the Rewards panel in your account). These work on the same order as your points discount.

Points can't be combined with another discount code on the same order. If you don't check out, the points return to your account within a day.

I checked out as a guest. Can I still get points?

Yes. Create an account with the same email address you ordered with, and your guest orders from the last 90 days are added to your points.

Is this linked to my Living Rewards card?

No, points earned here are separate. You can ask for them to be moved to the Living Rewards card registered to your email address from the Rewards panel in your account. Allow up to five business days.

Transfers to inactive cards won't be actioned, and your points stay here. Transfers are one way and can't be undone.

Can I use my in-store vouchers on an online order?

Not at the moment. Those vouchers can only be redeemed in store.

Do my points expire?

Points last two years from the day you earn them. When you use points, your oldest are used first.

What happens if I return or cancel an order?

The points that order earned are taken back. A partial refund takes back the matching points.
