Harmony's principle herb, Rehmannia, is a major Chinese herb that is commonly used for treating gynaecological symptoms, especially heat related. Rehmannia is very effective for reducing heat. Excessive heat causes hot flushes, irritability and sleeplessness.
Rehmannia is also a strong tonic that provides nourishment and has moisturising properties. This helps improve general well being as well as the health of the skin, nails and hair which is often noticeably improved after taking Harmony for a couple of months
Starting dose: 2 tablets, twice daily until symptoms improve
Maintenance dose: 1-2 tablets per day

Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals. Discontinue if you develop sensitivity to the formula. If you are taking a course of hormone medication, seek advice from your prescribing practitioner.

TIMEFRAME
For most areas orders are shipped overnight on business days, but may take up to 3 business days from the day it was fulfilled. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 10 business days. Delays can be expected due to the overwhelming demand for courier services during COVID-19, so deliveries can take more time than usual.
We aim to fulfill the order as soon as we receive it on the same business day during opening hours, once the order is fulfilled in store you will receive a notification.

RETURNS POLICY
