Warm a small amount of oil in the palms and massage onto the body using a mix of circular strokes, soft sweeping movements and gentle acupressure - at the same time lightly pushing, pressing and tapping the skin without dragging or pulling. An aromatherapy massage is the perfect way to ease muscle tension and improve blood circulation. The essential oils in Natio's massage oils penetrate skin to further benefit health and wellbeing long after a massage. It can take 6-8 hours for essential oils to be completely absorbed and work their magic, so avoid showering straight after an aromatherapy massage.

TIMEFRAME
For most areas orders are shipped overnight on business days, but may take up to 3 business days from the day it was fulfilled. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 10 business days. Delays can be expected due to the overwhelming demand for courier services during COVID-19, so deliveries can take more time than usual.
