Solgar Folate (in the form of Metafolin), the ready-to-use form of folic acid by the body, is a B vitamin and participates in different processes in the body, the best known being the development of maternal tissue during pregnancy. Acid Folic is a recommended supplement for women before and during pregnancy.
It is found in different foods, such as green leafy vegetables, but to ensure you eat the right amount, especially before and after conceiving, it is recommended to take a supplement. Low folic acid level has been shown to be a risk factor for spina bifida in the developing fetus. From 1 to 3 tablets of SolgarFolato (in the form of Metafolin) 400 µg contribute to:

TIMEFRAME
For most areas orders are shipped overnight on business days, but may take up to 3 business days from the day it was fulfilled. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 10 business days.
