How to use Goodair Nosebuds?

Check the fit of your nosebuds. They should feel comfortable within your nose, creating a gentle seal without the potential of falling out during use.

To find the best fit for you, remove the silicone tips from the Nosebuds and replace with a provided alternative size.

Step 2

Turn on Nosebuds. Fit them comfortably into your nostrils. Relax, gently breathe in and out through your nose, while engaging your diaphragm.

You will hear the Nosebuds hum as you breathe in and out. Deep, vigorous breathing is not needed to activate the Nosebuds.

Step 3

Wear Nosebuds for at least two ten-minute sessions per day or one 20-minute session per day. Nosebuds are safe to use as often and for as long as feels right for you.

You can engage in other light activities while wearing Nosebuds or you can take the time to reset and focus on your breath. Consistent, daily use of Goodair Nosebuds see the best results.

Keep your Nosebuds and case clean by wiping with a damp cloth, and do not submerge in water.
