Traditional use: a long-term respiratory tonic for asthma, bronchitis, catarrh & coughs; to offer relief from flu, colds & fevers. Recommended for the young & fragile.
Fir Balsam (organic) Abies balsamea
Traditional use: North American Indians used it for both spiritual & medicinal purposes; to boost glandular & immune systems; to help relieve asthma & bronchitis.
Lavender Spike (organic) Lavandula latifolia
Traditional use: to ease laboured breathing. Recommended for the young & fragile.
Spruce Black (organic) Picea mariana
Traditional use: a respiratory tonic for young & old; to manage asthma & ease bronchitis; to assist in curing colds, flu & coughs.
Inhalation: A few drops to pillow or collar of pyjamas.
Tissue: Age 3+: 2-5 drops and sniff as needed.
Bath: Baby: Add 2-3 drops mixed into 1 tsp milk. Age 2+: 5-10 drops mixed into 1 tsp milk into bath.

TIMEFRAME
For most areas orders are shipped overnight on business days, but may take up to 3 business days from the day it was fulfilled. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 10 business days. Delays can be expected due to the overwhelming demand for courier services during COVID-19, so deliveries can take more time than usual.
We aim to fulfill the order as soon as we receive it on the same business day during opening hours, once the order is fulfilled in store you will receive a notification.

RETURNS POLICY
