Brush your teeth. Remove cap and rotate the pen at base to dispense the gel.
Brush a thin layer of whitening gel directly onto the front surfaces of the teeth.
Hold a wide smile and keep lips away from teeth during treatment.
Let the gel dry for 10 minutes then rinse mouth.
Refrain from eating or drinking for 30 minutes after application.
