Designed by Architect, Chafik Gasmi, Idole has the world’s slimmest perfume bottle in history at just 15mm thick. Described as the bottle of today, the ultra-thin flacon has been made with two objectives in mind: to look beautiful with its gold trim and jewel-like design, and to be practical; its slender shape fits neatly into the hand and is a dream to travel with.
The Eau de Parfum Spray celebrates a note close to Lancome's heart, the rose; the hero of its logo, and the main facet in many of its best-selling fragrances. The result is an Eau with tradition at its core but an entirely contemporary energy. Sustainably-sourced rose and rose water is at the centre of this transformation, and lends a dewy, yet radiant freshness that doesn’t smell artificial in the slightest. The composition's modern twist comes from a fruity bergamot opening, and subtle threads of sensual jasmine with creamy musk; a blend that is clean and glowing.
